The soundtrack is especially enjoyable with its soothing rhythms and playful vocal snippets. The game’s 10-minute story doesn’t go beyond a couple of lines but its characters are likable enough to keep things interesting while playing. All told, Cogen: Sword of Rewind has enough charm to keep even the most hardcore platformers fans entertained without getting overly repetitive or boring.

After a period of heavy development and a lot of bug fixing, the game is finally ready to be released. The game features an extensive single-player campaign, with multiple branching paths and a variety of ways to resolve the story.

You play as an overgrown human girl named Akasha, who must escape from her home after she is cursed and turned into a monster by a demon named Cogen.

The game utilizes familiar tropes such as platforming and shooting mechanics, but there are also unique attacks that can be performed in battle.

The game is a straight-up hack and slashes platformer with no frills but plenty of fun. Yes, it’s a little on the easier side but if you can hit your jumps then an expert will be able to get away with it too. The game is well designed and there are plenty of colorful sections that leave the eye wondering why you didn’t do something about it sooner.

You can unlock new weapons by collecting relics (replay value). These items include swords, arrows, and ammo boxes. They can be traded for other items or used in battle by picking them up and throwing them at enemies.

Story and Characters

We’ve been playing cogen: sword of rewind for a while now, and we’re still loving it. The only complaint we have is that the game is a bit too short. We still continue to explore levels and arenas, and we’re enjoying every minute of it. And for the record, the in-game currency is quite useful for buying patches or crafting items.

Cogen: Sword of Rewind is a hardcore action game that challenges players to make their way through 2D levels as they try to survive as long as possible. Each level has separate entrances and exits depending on which direction you are facing, which adds to the challenge in trying to navigate your way through these lush forests.

Cogen: Sword of Rewind lets players harness the Ouroboros System by tapping any enemy they encounter in order to regenerate health. However, they must be careful not to hit any walls or enemies while doing so, because if their health reaches zero, all their energy will drain away and they will die! There are also some areas where one can find hidden chests with unique rewards such as weapons or permanent boosts that can help your team survive longer in battle!

The graphics are solid; they look like they belong in an anime or comic book series instead of in a video game. Although it’s not a perfect match for those genres, it still offers its own unique style that isn’t entirely out of place within the genre. It’s also worth noting that Sword of Rewind is relatively short — only around 5-10 minutes depending on your skill level — but it plays like a full-fledged action game with tight controls and lots of replayability. The soundtrack is also pretty solid too: I simply love how each one fits in with the visual style and atmosphere of the game.

I give Sword of Rewind graphics an 8/10!

Gameplay

The gameplay is solid and it’s easy enough for a non-gamer to pick up and start playing, but like most “cute” games it’s also tough enough I believe that most players will be able to get through it within a couple of hours. As an action game, the story is very weak in comparison to many other games. It could be considered too short for an action game, but the length of time it took to complete was made up for with lots of character development and different levels that were very well designed.

Cogen: Sword of Reword has more than enough action-packed gameplay for its fans while also keeping them engaged throughout its entire length. The platforming mechanics are relatively easy and approachable while still offering enough challenge towards being able to reach higher standard levels or beat certain obstacles or enemies without using any objects or items such as bombs or power-ups. The player must guide his or her character through 2D levels, while they fight enemies, collect special items, and get stronger. All the while, they must keep their mind sharp by rewinding time to avoid death. Also playing Cogen: Sory would be rewarding because the player can earn money by completing side quests which can be easily accomplished by simply pressing fire buttons.

The combat system is somewhat complex but not difficult to understand if you take a few minutes to learn each ability or attack method before trying them out in a live battle (or even after playing through the tutorial). If you are going to use your thumbs while playing Cogen: Sword of Rewind I recommend typing “ctrl + f” over any abilities that don’t feel intuitive; I found myself using this repeatedly during our time testing the game!

For example, if we are attacking with Cogen: Sword of Rewind we will first use B atk + Lk R1 L2 A2 A3 then move back and press A again – this lets us keep moving forward while attacking with Lk R1 L2 A2 A3. We also use B atk + Lk R1 L2 A2 A3 when charging up special abilities (these are activated by pressing B atk); these move us into melee range while keeping an enemy close by while they are charging their attack – they can be killed if they get too far away.

Version of Cogen: Sword of rewind

The first two were for the PS4 version, which consequently received a lot of praise from reviewers, but both are also available on PC and Mac (with a couple of differences depending on your platform). The PlayStation 4 version has a different art style than the PC and Mac versions, but otherwise, there aren’t many differences between them except for text changes and additional background information about some characters (as well as some cosmetic changes). The most notable thing about it is how much more fluidly combat feels with this version; it just seems more natural in its execution than with the other versions – which makes sense given that this version was done entirely in VRAM with no polygons in sight!

What I really liked was that they didn’t change anywhere near as much as they did with the other versions – you still control Ryuji with only a couple of exceptions (the biggest being that he moves faster than with PS4 Pro). This is why they don’t have any checkpoints or difficulty settings – you just keep getting better at fighting and you have to always be learning new combos or new skills (which helps make for a more realistic feeling combat experience).
