Injustice 2 is a fighting video game developed by NetherRealm and published by Warner Bros.

It was released on May 16, 2017, for Android and IOS. Injustice 2 introduces a loot-dropping system, known as the Gear System which offers character-specific clothes pieces and materials with status-deflecting effects.

The Gear System uses RPG-like mechanics to reward players with experience and loot after every match. As players collect experience points and subsequently level up, their characters basis territory will increase.

Players can improve their characters basis territory even what is more by equipping gear obtained through loot drops, which also players customize the look of their characters. Each character has five equipment cavity for wearing new clothes pieces, which include their head, torso, arms, leg, and an ancillary; two ability slots for equipping new or modified special attacks; and one shadow slot for deflecting their color scheme.

The game will also include five separate gear load outs for each character, allowing players to switch between their setups at the beginning of each match.
